Guests complete their registration before arrival. When their room is ready, they receive a Room Is Ready notification with a unique QR code via Email, WhatsApp and/or SMS. At the hotel, they simply scan it at the kiosk, retrieve their reservation, and collect their physical key.
No reservation number. No surname search. No unnecessary waiting.
How It Works
1. Check in before arrival
Guests complete registration, ID validation, payment, signatures, consents, and select optional add-ons (like breakfast, late check-out, or room upgrades) through Nonius Online Check-in.
2. Let Nonius monitor the room
Nonius continuously checks the PMS and identifies when the configured check-in time has been reached and the room is assigned and clean or inspected.
3. Room ready? The guest knows instantly.
The guest receives a Room Is Ready notification with their QR code directly via Email, WhatsApp and/or SMS — no app download is required.
4. Scan. Grab. Go.
At the hotel, the guest scans the QR code at the kiosk. The reservation is instantly retrieved and the physical room key is ready to collect. No need to enter a reservation number or surname. Manual reservation search remains available as an alternative.
